1. Program Overview
The Gresso provides structured coaching services and membership options designed to support performance and client body composition transformation through guided nutrition and training programs. Participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
2. Membership & Payment Terms
2.1 Membership Commitment
- Each membership or coaching program has a fixed term as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
- Clients must commit to the full duration of the agreed term upon joining.
2.2 Payment Structure
- A 50% upfront payment is required to secure your membership or coaching position.
- This upfront payment is non-refundable, under all circumstances.
- The remaining balance is paid in a minimum of 4 instalments, scheduled over the course of the program term.
- Payment schedules will be communicated upon enrolment and must be adhered to.
2.3 Late or Failed Payments
- If a scheduled payment fails, you will be contacted and expected to rectify the payment within 5 business days.
- Repeated failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
- The upfront 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- Once enrolled, no refunds will be provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of participation.
- If you choose to discontinue the program early, you are still liable for the full program fee.
4. Program Pausing or Transfers
- Clients may request to pause their program or membership if needed.
- All pause requests must be communicated in advance via email or direct contact with The Gresso team. We will work with you to arrange a suitable pause period.
- Pauses are not guaranteed retroactively and must be discussed before missing scheduled check-ins, sessions, or instalments.
- Program transfers to another individual are not permitted under any circumstance.
5. Client Responsibility
As a client of The Gresso, you are expected to take full responsibility for your own progress and results. This includes:
- Following the Program: Adhering to the training, nutrition, or lifestyle guidelines provided by your coach.
- Consistency: Showing up and staying consistent with your daily and weekly commitments.
- Weekly Check-Ins: Completing and submitting all required check-ins on time each week.
- Open Communication: Maintaining honest, clear, and timely communication with your coach throughout the duration of the program.
Failure to engage with the program, complete check-ins, or follow the guidance provided may impact your results, and The Gresso is not responsible for any outcomes affected by a lack of client participation.
6. Health Disclaimer
Participation in any physical activity or coaching service is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. You should consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle plan. The Gresso and its coaches are not liable for any injuries or health conditions that may arise from participation.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content provided during the coaching program are the property of The Gresso. These materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Privacy Policy
We collect and store your personal information for the purpose of delivering services, processing payments, and sending occasional updates or promotions.
- Your data is kept secure and will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
- You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us.
